In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "zf999", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the zf999 platform, operating under an international gaming license and accessible at zf999.biz.

zf999 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any User at any time to verify compliance with the age and eligibility requirements above. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, zf999 will suspend account access and withhold any associated funds until verification is completed. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

To access the real-money features of the zf999 Platform, You must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

• Each User may hold only one active Account on the zf999 Platform at any given time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and all Funds being voided.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including Your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by zf999. It is Your responsibility to keep this information current at all times.
• zf999 reserves the right to conduct full KYC verification at any time. The following terms govern all deposits made to zf999 Accounts:

• All deposits on the zf999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits made via supported local payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. zf999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (or equivalent for non-PKR payment methods). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You warrant that all funds deposited into Your zf999 Account are from legitimate sources and that You are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• zf999 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be processed through the electronic payment channels listed on the Platform.
• Deposits are credited to Your Account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Typical credit times are: JazzCash — instant; EasyPaisa — instant; bank transfer — 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT — approximately 15 minutes depending on network confirmation.
• zf999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by zf999 Account holders:

• Withdrawals are available exclusively to KYC-verified Account holders. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until KYC verification is completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by the User's Account verification tier and payment method, and are displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• zf999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests from verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. zf999 may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method.
• zf999 reserves the right to apply a security review to any withdrawal request it deems unusual or potentially connected to fraudulent activity. Accounts under security review may have withdrawals delayed for up to 72 hours pending resolution.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

zf999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Bonuses are not combinable by default.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Account holders only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, and postal address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once through the creation of multiple Accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided and the associated Accounts being permanently closed.
• zf999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the wagering and other conditions attached at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Bonus funds may have maximum bet restrictions while a wagering requirement is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Any winnings generated from Free Spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• zf999 reserves the right to require a maximum cashout from free spin winnings as specified in individual promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the zf999 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the Platform.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. zf999 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a verifiable technical error by the Platform.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations resulting from a technical fault on zf999's systems, zf999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Account balances.
• zf999's sports betting markets are subject to rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform, which govern settlement procedures for voided events, postponed fixtures, and incomplete matches including, where applicable, PSL cricket fixtures and other Pakistan-related sporting events.
• Live casino games at zf999 are governed by the rules published by the relevant game studio (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming for EVO Live products). In cases of conflict between studio rules and zf999 Platform terms, the studio rules shall prevail for the purposes of game outcome determination.
• zf999 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to impose bet limits on any Account at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zf999 Platform. Any Account found to be engaged in the activities listed below will be immediately suspended and may be permanently closed, with all associated Funds withheld pending investigation:

• Accessing or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask or falsify Your geographic location.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to You, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or using the Platform in any way to facilitate the movement of proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or coordinated betting schemes designed to exploit in-play markets.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software or games in a manner inconsistent with normal play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zf999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any other person to access or use Your Account.

zf999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold, void, or confiscate Funds associated with that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Where the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where zf999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Where KYC documentation submitted is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise inauthentic.
• Where the Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Where the Account has been self-excluded and an attempted login is detected.
• Where legal or regulatory obligations require zf999 to restrict or terminate the Account.

A User may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting zf999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method subject to applicable withdrawal processing procedures and KYC completion requirements.

All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property comprising or displayed on the zf999 Platform are owned by or licensed to zf999 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the zf999 Platform without prior written authorisation from zf999. Any unauthorised use of zf999's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• zf999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zf999 makes no warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• zf999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• zf999's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their zf999 Account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

zf999 collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between You and zf999. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zf999 may share personal data with third parties in the following circumstances: with KYC verification service providers for the purpose of identity verification; with payment processors for the purpose of facilitating deposits and withdrawals; with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies where required by law; and with fraud prevention services for the purpose of identifying and preventing fraudulent activity.

Your continued use of the zf999 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If You do not accept the amended Terms, You must close Your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zf999's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with zf999 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
